Xylose is a naturally occurring wood sugar that is extracted from hardwoods such as birch.
It is a special carbohydrate that is used to create aromas and to achieve the desired taste effects for meat,
finished feed, pharmaceuticals, pet food and animal feed.
Xylose requires a very short reaction time to achieve the desired taste.
