  • Alginates
    Alginate is a natural hydrocolloid that is extracted from brown algae. The alginate types that we supply act as stabilisers, thickening agents or gelling agents among other things. Alginates are used in many different ways, both in the food industry and in numerous non-food applications. Here are three of many examples:
    . Alginates are deployed in the production of controlled-release tablets.
    . Calcium alginate compresses prevent bandage material  
      from sticking to wounds.
    . Alginate is an important ingredient in medicines for heartburn
      as it acts as a gastric acid blocker.
  • Galactomannan, guar bean and carob products
    As the name already suggests, guar bean and carob products are natural vegetable substances. Guar bean and carob flour function as efficient thickeners that improve the texture and consistency of a wide range of products. -
  • Soy Lecithin
    Soy lecithin is extracted from soy beans and contains the essential nutrient choline, along with other constituents. - Soy lecithin is not just well-known as an emulsifier in the food industry. It also has various applications in the non-food sector, as a wetting and dispersal agent for paint and coating systems, for example.
